"Hm...Where am I?" Axcel spoke to himself as he wandered Route 02. Kharashi seemed to have busied himself elsewhere, and Axcel ran off ahead with his Riolu traveling alongside him.
Riolu had a glum look on his face. Axcel noted that he was often like this when outside of combat...so he figured he be doing it a favor by stirring up some trouble with the local pokemon.
"Don't worry Riolu, we'll kick some ass soon." |

"A...Pinsir?
What an ugly ass pokemon. It was the first thought that popped into the lad's head--so it made having Riolu beat on it for some practice all the more easier. "You know the --use quick attack!" Axcel commanded as he swiped his arm though the air. His gaze falling onto the pinsir who blinked stupidly at the pair.
Riolu let out a "Ri" before dashing off towards the Pinsir. It moved linearly towards the targeted pokemon until it was just a few feet in front of him, then Riolu jumped to the side followed by flanking the Pinsir with it's quick attack. As its name may implied, the attack was executed quickly.
The enemy pokemon tried to counter with a Bind, but Riolu was too swift for the half-witted Pinsir. He maneuvered out of the way of the massive claws before executing yet another quick attack. This time striking the Pinsar with far more strength than before.
"Good job Riolu!" Axcel shouted.

As Rilou raced forward, Pinsir simply lowered his head, attempting to catch the small pokemon in the Vice like grips on its head. Would Rilou be able to get out of the way? How much more punishment could this Pinsir endure? Find out on the next Pokeball Z! [/blockquote] |

Damnit! That shitty Pinsir caught Riolu. . .! "What are you doing?! Wiggle out of it's grip!' Axcel hollered as he clenched his fists. Riolu understood and shook itself akin to a snorlax attempting to do the numa-numa dance. Freeing itself-- it would counter with another quick attack. Ramming the Pinsir at its side the Riolu would see it wasn't quite finished yet. In fact, the Pinsir began to let out a faint glow of some kind.
"Great, now finish it!" Axcel shouted, attempting to end the Pinsir as it used it's 'focus' technique. Quick attack would be more than fast enough to strike the pokemon once more before it had the opportunity to utilize it's enhanced strike.

"Awesome...very awesome." Axcel said with a delighted look on his face as Riolu downed the Pinsir. The trainer would pat his pokemon on the top of the head as a form of praise before heading further into the route.
What other pokemon awaited him?

"Alright Riolu! Fatass pokemon straight ahead!" Riolu responded with a nod and dashed off. Quick attack would be its first course of action, just as always. Moving in with haste, the Riolu's quick attack was much too fast for the lard-ass pokemon and damage had certainly been done. However, as the Riolu jumped back several meters away from the cow it was evident that the enemy wasn't finished quite yet. It was ready to retaliate-- with a tackle. No tackle from such an obese creature could end nicely, luckily for the duo they had an ace up their sleeve.
"Riolu-- counter it!' Axcel said as he punched the air. The miltank slammed into Riolu, however as the tiny pokemon began sliding backwards he would ram both hands onto the head of the enemy, knocking it flat on its stomach. Before it could recover Axcel removed a pokeball from his belt and threw it at the miltank. |

"Awesome job! Now you have a friend!" Riolu seemed to have appreciated the thought, although it did think of how the milktank may attempt to eat him. Nothing good could happen from that. Regardless, the duo would continue their trek through Route02.

"Alright, another ugly pokemon! Beat it up Riolu!
Riolu made a dash towards the Spoink before blurring into a quick attack. It's two powerful legs collided with the Spoink's face, sending it flying back several meters.
"Good job Riolu, now watch out for its. . .splash attack. . .?" Axcel shrugged as the weaker Spoink rushed towards Riolu and shook its body in an odd like manner in order to try and deal any damage towards the baby pokemon. Riolu simply met it's splash with a powerful counter attack, dealing double the damage whatever the measly splash would have normally done.
"Ri!" The Riolu exclaimed as it dashed towards the retreating Spoink. It wouldn't out run Riolu's quick attack, that was for certain. Another hastily executed strike would knock the weak pokemon onto the ground.
Was it finished?

The Spoink has taken quite a bit of damage however it doesn't give up yet. Rearing its hand back, it back-hands the mess out of your Riolu, causing it to go flying back a few feet in the process.
IT AIN'T DONE FIGHTING YET. KEEP GOING.

Axcel yelled and gritted his teeth as Riolu dashed off. Keep spamming Quick Attack! Axcel thought, thinking he should really teach Riolu some new moves. Regardless, Riolu side stepped out of the trajectory of Spoink's retarded splashing and followed with a quick attack.
The team rocket member grinned, expecting to see another unconscious pokemon.

The duo spotted a Seviper in the distance. Staying ten meters away from the sleeping pokemon, Axcel crouched down and removed an empty pokeball from his belt. He didn't throw it yet, however. He simply paused for fifteen minutes, waiting until the seviper fell into a deeper sleep. Following this he would gently roll the pokeball over with enough force so it would just barely tap the pokemon. Hopefully it would be his. |

After your excessive waiting, the Seviper had already fallen into REM and thus, was captured without it knowing it.
