Appearance

Jace is a boy of just under average height, a fact which has bothered him for many years despite the fact that he really is not much shorter than others his age, weight wise Jace is about average as well, while he may weigh about average Jace is physically a bit above average as he spends almost all of his time outdoors and gets a better workout than most by working out with his father's Machoke while his father is at work, much of Jace's workout consists of dodging Machoke's attacks and thus his build is more geared towards athletics rather than physical strength.

When he is not working out Jace usually is seen wearing orange, black, and/or white clothing with his favorite choice of clothing being a pair of black jeans with a chain connected to one of the pockets which he usually clips his wallet to, with a orange hoodie over a white T-Shirt with a blue and orange spiral on the back. While his outfit may change Jace is almost always seen with his black satchel which while usually pretty empty is where he plans to keep his Pokemon Team's pokeballs along with anything else he collects, and his C.D. player with black sound canceling headphones.

Even when he is not listening to his music Jace will sometimes be seen wearing his headphones as he likes the feeling of them resting on his spikey blond hair. Jace so commonly wears his headphones that the only part of his hair that is not spiked is the area where his headphones rest against.

Jace's most outstanding features are his firstly his eyes and secondly the scars on his face. His eyes are a rather bright shade of blue which tends to stand out even more as Jace rarely wears a lot of blue clothing, the scars were from an unfortunate accident involving his mothers Persian when he was a few years younger and while Jace was initally quite angry with Persian he has come to enjoy the scars as he likes how they make him stand out.


Personality
Jace is usually a very energetic and friendly person, he enjoys spending a lot of time outdoors and can almost always find something 'to do' if he gets bored even if that just means wandering around for a while, despite his friendliness Jace tends to avoid making a lot of friends as his family moves around a lot and he dislikes the idea of having to say goodbye to a lot of people, he does however always make a point to befriend at least one person wherever his family settles down and with help from his Mothers Pidgeot Jace is able to keep in contact with some of his more long distance human friends.
Because he tends to make so few human friends Jace tends to occupy his time more with his family's Pokemon, his closest friend and personal guardian while his parents were busy has always been his Father's Machoke with whom Jace feels an almost brotherly bond with, his bond is so close that Jace is even able to interpret on some level what Machoke is 'saying' something that even his Father has some trouble doing.
The other family Pokemon with whom Jace is close with are his Mothers Pidgeot who he sometimes 'borrows' to deliver letters to his friend who are outside of the region he currently lives in. As Jace is the son of Pidgeot's owner it initally simply did as Jace asked out of duty but has since decided that Jace was as well worthy to order it as well, His mothers Persian and Jace at first has a rocky relationship as when he was young Jace tended to bother the easily angered Persian one day causing Persian to lash out and claws Jace's face, the attack had not been meant to kill but because Jace was a young human it has left lasting scars. From then on Jace avoided Persian whenever possible, it was only up until a few years ago that this continued before Jace eventually realized why Persian had attacked and apologized to the Cat Pokemon, and from what he could understand from Machoke Persian accepted it and itself apologized for it's attack.
