The Carnivine got up after the tackle but because of your Gible's rash movement aftewards, it manages to counter his Tackle with a Bite. After the Bite, the Carnivine hurls your Gible backwards, causing a bit of damage.
Finish it!

Azazel grunted but did not scream out in pain from the painful bite and toss. Instead, he took the pain with dignity and forced himself to stand up. He wasn't going to lose to this lower-leveled pokemon! He wouldn't be able to face the rest of his team if he did falter in this. Nor would he be able to face Ranryuujin.
Thus, the Gible rushed in again for a headbutt-and-Iron Head combo, running towards the Carnivine while glowing bright white. The Carnivine tried to counter with a bite but all it got was a broken jaw from the impact.
The Carnivine quickly stumbled back, whining in pain as it held its jaw. "Gible, finish this with an Iron Head tackle!" Ranryuujin shouted to his partner as he saw it falter.
"Gi!" Azazel spoke, charging at the huge plant with a white glowing light. Carnivine didn't see it coming until it was too late, therefore it was slammed on the head with the Gible's attack. If it still tried to stand up he'll smack it out with a Dragon Rage. If not he'll leave it alone.

Ranryuujin quickly congratulated his Gible with a grin and a thumbs up. After that they deposited the Carnivine's body near a bunch of closely-packed trees. It wouldn't do for him to get eaten by anyone on the path after all.
Once that was done the white haired trainer set off for his journey again.

"Another one. Just great." The white haired trainer groaned upon seeing the new Carnivine. Looks like he had another butt to kick... if that pokemon even HAD a butt to begin with. Not that it mattered at all on whether or not he was going to have his pokemon trounce it.
Then the Carnivine used bind, ensnaring his Gible and making it grunt in pain. Seeing that, Ranryuujin quickly let out another order. "Dragon Rage to the face! Then a Headbutt followed by multiple Tackles and Sand-attacks!"
The Gible sent out a Dragon Rage, making it scream but it didn't let go. In fact, it squeezed even tighter which forced Azazel to blast it with another Dragon Rage. When it still didn't let go, he hit the Carnivine with a Headbutt, which forced it to finally let go.
After shaking off the pain, the Gible hit it with a devastating Iron Head instead of a headbutt since he felt real annoyed by the thing. It was then flung to the trees and hit one very solidly, where then the Gible began to assault it with Tackles and Sand-attacks until it retaliated or fell unconscious.

The repeated attacks against the Carnivire didn't do as much damage as anticipated due to the Carnivine taking a defensive stance, thus reducing the amount of damage the attacks dealt.

[OOC: Training the Outrage move as well as fighting the Carnivine] It was still awake and ready to keep on fighting. Ranryuujin was honestly impressed with this one now, as evidenced by the surprised look on the trainer's young face. If he hadn't already had his Tropius then perhaps he would have given this one some consideration onto being on his team. After all, advanced thinking like that is worthy of praise.
"You're a tough one, aren't you?" He spoke as a compliment towards the new Carnivine his partner and he had recently encountered in the Chrysolite Forest. Ranryuujin always did like a challenge, and so did his partner.
The new Carnivine narrowed its eyes but acknowledged it with a wary nod. Compliments were compliments after all, and that human didn't sound like he was giving it a backhanded one. "Carni." It hissed as it prepared itself to use Bind again.
"Gible?!" Azazel shouted in surprise at seeing that the Carnivine was still conscious and standing on its vine legs. Why won't it be knocked out?! He tried so hard to knock it out too! Heck, he was starting to think that it was probably tougher than the last one! But that couldn't be since it felt weaker than the last Carnivine that had gone across their path.
"Gi gi gi?!" The purple shark-like dragon turned to his trainer, surprised that he was complimenting the enemy of all things! Wasn't he taking this seriously?! This was a threat to their safety, for the love of Arceus!
"Giblle ble ble!" He berated his master, dutifully ignoring the Carnivine who was about to lash out with another attack. Azazel was too busy berating his idiot knucklehead of a trainer to pay attention to his opponent. The white haired trainer simply crossed his arms with a huff and a scoff.
"It's just a compliment, Azazel! Sheesh, you need to-" Turquoise eyes widened as he saw the Carnivine launch its vines for another attack towards his partner. He had to warn him quick! "-payy attention to your opponent! Look out... he's going to use Bind on you again!"
Unfortunately the warning came too late. Azazel was only able to turn to face his opponent before he was wrapped up in the vines of his opponent. For the third time that day, the plant pokemon began squeezing the life out of the Gible.
"Azazel!" Ranryuujin cried out in horror upon seeing his partner in that hold for either the fourth or the fifth time today. "Just hang in there buddy!"
Meanwhile... Azazel was getting very irritated. First there was that incident yesterday with that horrible Vespiquen and that annoying Combee that managed to kick both his and Gaia's butts. Then now there was this... this... UPSTART Carnivine who dared humiliate him in front of Ranryuujin! He was now so steaming mad that he could feel a boiling anger in his chest begging to be released... to devour every sense.
Given that he was weakening even further in the stupid hold, Azazel ave himself in to his rage. He closed his eyes for a moment and then snapped them open again, roaring in absolute anger as he forcibly broke the hold and began beating on the Carnivine like a man-or pokemon- possessed by a red-hot fury, slamming it with every attack it knew short of the Draco Meteor.
Meanwhile Ranryuujin was just watching in horrified fascination as the beat down commenced. One couldn't really blame him since he had never seen Azazel act like that before. "Azazel...?"

5/10
You didnt really write about him actually learning it, just the motivation behind it. I'd like to see a bit more behind him perfecting the technique.
Keep going on the Carnivine and you should finish it and the technique.

Unfortunately for both Ranryuujin and the Carnivine, Azazel was already too far gone in his rage. Being that it was the first time that he used this technique, he naturally had absolutely no control over himself and his actions. All he was right now was a little berserk bundle of outrage.
"Car-car-car!?!" The Carnivine screamed in pain as it was being attacked ruthlessly without a hint of respite. It managed to turn its head to look at the apparently crazy pokemon's trainer to see if it could beg for mercy.
Seeing the wide turquoise eyes, dropped and quivering mouth, and his furrowed brows, the Carnivine guessed that he didn't need any prompting to see its plight. The Carnivine opened its mouth, only to be silenced by a particularly vicious Iron Head.
Seeing that, along with the extremely painful flashbacks he kept on having as he saw the rather one-sided beat down, Ranryuujin wanted this to stop. "Azazel, stop! You're going too far!"
But his request was left unheard. Azazel will continue beating on him while ignoring the various attacks that the Carnivine managed to launch, eager to try and rip him to shreds. It was what the burning feeling urged him to do, and he will do just that.
