APPEARANCE – PHYSICAL
Extremely short onyx hair sits on top of an average shaped cranium. The hair typically stays the same length throughout for Loy doesn’t like the idea of possessing long hair. The follicles of hair themselves press themselves into a wavy pattern, giving Loy a distinguishable hairstyle. Dark optics rest within the male’s sockets, his eye color being comparable to that of charcoal. Despite this comparison, the youth’s eyes are simply a very dark shade of brown and thus, his true eye color is visible under an appropriate amount of light. Nose is wider than average, lips are larger than average and ears follow this trend as well. Facial hair seems to be present on the male’s face; however this hair is not in excessive amounts however, it is noticeable by all means. Dark brown skin surrounds the male’s skeletal system however it’s not “perfect” by any means. Marks remain scattered on the male’s body and pimples lightly pepper the male’s face, due to his age range.
The male’s stature can best be described as short and stocky. Sure, his height is surely below average but his muscle mass surely makes himself quite the heavy person, weighing much more than upon first speculation. His posture can best be seen as relaxed, no part of his body is tense in the process, further relaying his nonchalant attitude.
APPEARANCE – CLOTHING
Head:A comfortable green beanie that is able to shield Loy from the elements and also add points to his self-esteem.
Eyes: Contact lenses. Modified for near-sighted individuals.
Upper Body: An equally as comfortable green tank-top. Plain.
Lower Body: Black polyester shorts that run right over the knees. Has two thick green stripes running down the sides.

Bag: A medium sized one-strap backpack that follows black and green color scheme. Possesses many materials such as sleeping bag, extra pairs of clothes, food, portable electronics, etc.
PERSONALITY
Loy simply likes to kick back and take it easy even though he’s taking upon the strenuous job of a Professor. Regardless, his overall attitude is very expressive, you will always be able to tell how Loy is feeling due to his prominent facial expressions and actions. Even though, it is difficult for him to become truly angered or saddened though he tends to express these two emotions in a comical fashion.
HISTORY
Born in Floarama Town, it wasn’t like Loy had many activities to participate in. His parents were extremely involved with Pokemon as they possessed quite a few of their own but Loy really couldn’t understand the strange creatures. They could only say their name or a remote version of it, how was he supposed to decipher such an encrypted language? Funny how this innate confusion would lead him to his desired profession. At the age of eight, Loy began familiarizing himself with Pokemon, whether it’d be with the Pokemon that his parents possessed or simply observing them in the “wild.” Trips to the Pokemon Laboratory with his parents allowed him to assist and learn from the Assistants and Professors.
However, at the age of fourteen, Loy believed that the Pokemon world wasn’t for him and thus, he decided to simply abandon the idea all together. Six years had passed since that change in decision and at the age of twenty, Loy decided to take upon that goal once again, to open up his own Pokemon Laboratory and be known through the masses as one of the greatest Professors within the known world. With that, he’d take a trip to this strange island of Harushima, seeing what this now-bustling island would be able to offer for him. Apparently, his rival had followed the same action and this interested Loy to a certain extent as he’d take up residence within Beryl City.
