James had thought that Kalvin might initially be adverse to knocking out a wild pokémon, as he wasn't used to it. Kalvin, though, did amazingly in his finishing off the mudkip. "Great job, Kalvin. You did awesome!" Kalvin hopped around, happily, singing. "Spina! Spina! Spinarak!" James looked around deciding what to do next, when he saw an eerie mansion at the far end of the route. "Uhh... Maybe later." James gathered his things and headed back to Flint City, Kalvin singing happily behind him.
